Creamy Almond Milk

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almonds, soaked overnight

  • 4 cups filtered water

  • 2-3 dates, pitted optional for sweetness

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract optional

Instructions:

Soak almonds, then drain and rinse them


Put almonds, filtered water, dates, and vanilla extract in a blender


It will take about one to two minutes of blending on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy


Use a nut milk bag or a fine-mesh sieve to strain the mixture into a large bowl or pitcher


Squeeze out as much liquid as you can


Put the almond milk in a glass bottle or other container and put it in the fridge


Before you use, shake it well


Take a sip of your smooth almond milk!

  • 2 sheets nori seaweed

  • Wasabi paste optional

  • Soy sauce for dipping

Instructions:

Rinse sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear


Combine rice and water in a rice cooker and cook according to manufacturer's instructions


In a small bowl, mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt until dissolved


Spread cooked rice onto a tray and drizzle the vinegar mixture over it, then gently mix with a spatula to combine


Allow to cool


Slice salmon into thin strips


Cut nori sheets in half


Take a handful of sushi rice and shape it into small oblongs for nigiri sushi


Place a slice of salmon on each rice mound, pressing gently to adhere


For hosomaki, place a half-sheet of nori on a bamboo sushi mat


Spread a thin layer of sushi rice over the nori, leaving a small border at the top


Place salmon strips horizontally along the rice


Roll the sushi tightly using the bamboo mat


Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces


Serve nigiri and hosomaki with wasabi paste and soy sauce

Mix the chocolate chips in slowly


Put the brownie batter in the pan and then pour the cream cheese mixture on top of it


Put some of the cherry pie filling on top of the cream cheese


To make it look like marble, slowly swirl the cherry filling into the cream cheese mixture with a knife


After the oven is hot, bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the edges are set and the middle is just a little firm


Let it cool all the way down before cutting it into bars
